15 diverse artists reflect on life experiences & creativity

info • December 9, 2024

Featuring 15 diverse artists working in a wide range of media, we are excited to share with you our third CommunARTy group exhibition. Reflections, the theme of our 2024 exhibition as decided by the artists, gave us all opportunities to reflect; on our art, on our experiences that inspire it and what we gain from creating it. Our exhibition gave our visitors the opportunity to reflect, too.

             From some visitors

This is my second year coming and it's always a huge joy to come

and feel things and learn things. Big love to you all.

Wonderful!

Always so inspiring.

The video makes it so good - provides context to the artworks and the artists.

Learn from the artists as they share their reflections

and some behind-the-scenes images of the making of the artworks.

Our exhibition featured this mini-documentary.

Take a look at Reflections, the exhibition.

Patty's exhibition, 'Stories from my Deaf world', was a terrific success. We are all so proud of Patty's achievements and so proud to have been involved in working with Patty towards her first solo show. Through her work Patty wishes to educate the hearing world about the experiences of some members of the Deaf community as well as support the Deaf community. Please enjoy the 'full' video of Patty sharing the stories of some of her works. (Shared with Patty's permission).
